What support services do you provide?
We offer comprehensive maintenance contracts, 24/7 technical support, and on-site repair services across Europe. Our team ensures your tinting machines and mixers operate with minimal downtime.
Do you supply spare parts for older machines?
Yes, we maintain a vast inventory of spare parts for all major brands we distribute. Even for discontinued models, our network can often source the necessary components to keep you running.
How soon can you repair my tinting equipment?
For customers with an active service contract, we operate a 48-hour repair SLA. This means one of our technicians will be on-site or actively working on your issue within that timeframe.
Which brands of tinting machines do you supply?
We're the UK distributor for Corob and Fast & Fluid — covering manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic dispensers, plus Collomix and Corob shakers and mixers for both retail and industrial volumes.
Can you help me choose the right machine for my volume?
Yes — we walk through your daily throughput, canister size, and the colorant systems you work with, then recommend the dispenser and shaker combination that fits without overspending on capacity you won't use.
Do you offer installation and operator training?
Every machine is installed and commissioned on-site by our engineers, and we train your team on day-to-day operation, routine cleaning, and the calibration checks that keep dosing accurate.
Where are you based and what areas do you cover?
Our UK base is in Warrington, Cheshire, and we cover the whole of the UK and Ireland. Eskens Group operates across the Netherlands, Belgium, France and beyond for European customers.
Can existing tinting machines be upgraded?
In many cases, yes — we can retrofit newer dispensing heads, software upgrades, or additional canisters to extend the life of existing kit before recommending full replacement.
